This means that those problems are not solvable with a dental instrument. A clear example can be the nervous patient, who, for a natural and comprehensible fair to undergo to an operation. Sometimes there are tense patient even for a simple check-up, causing himself a disordered state of mind and a twitch as well. Everybody knows this behavior goes against the dentist work, while making an operation on the patient. The reason can help an adult to behave in a reasonable manner, both for the dentist and for the patient.
