ENTRATO IN VIGORE IL NUOVO REGOLAMENTO DISPOSITIVI MEDICI - ENTRED IN TO THE FORCE THE MEDICAL DEVICE REGULATION (ITA/ENG)
Il 5 maggio scorso รจ stato pubblicato sulla Gazzetta dell'Unione Europea il REGOLAMENTO (UE) 2017/745 DEL PARLAMENTO EUROPEO E DEL CONSIGLIO del 5 aprile 2017 relativo ai dispositivi medici , che modifica la direttiva 2001/83/CE, il regolamento (CE) n. 178/2002 e il regolamento (CE) n. 1223/2009 e che abroga le direttive 90/385/CEE e 93/42/CEE del Consiglio. Last May 5th in the official journal of the European union was published the REGULATION (EU) 2017/745 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 5 April 2017 on medical devices , amending Directive 2001/83/EC, Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 and Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 and repealing Council Directives 90/385/EEC and 93/42/EEC. In vigore da pochi giorni, il testo italiano indica che si applicherร a partire dal 26 maggio 2020.
